Additional inquiries include family-based immigration, adjustment of status (Form I-485), change of status, employment authorization (EAD), advance parole and travel authorization, consular processing, naturalization, U.S. citizenship applications, and other immigration petitions.
JMC welcomes inquiries about opportunities in other countries and regions worldwide. Services are subject to applicable laws and qualified service-provider arrangements.
CLEAR TERMS, UP FRONT
This fee structure applies exclusively to JMC's I-140 petition service. Other immigration services are separate engagements.
Ask us about the service$1,000 initial administrative fee, payable at engagement. Non-refundable, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
$3,000 remaining balance, payable within 12 months following petition submission, under a signed service agreement.
Complete payment within six months following submission and receive a $300 discount. Total service fee: $3,700.
I-140 REFUND POLICY
After the remaining $3,000 service fee has been paid, JMC will refund that $3,000 if the petition is ultimately denied by USCIS, the denial is final, and no reasonable steps remain to address or resolve the grounds for denial. The initial $1,000 administrative fee remains non-refundable, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
For an eligible refund, notify JMC and provide the official denial notice. Once the team confirms no reasonable action remains, the refund will be issued within one month of notification.
